When people like David Parsons leave this world, we all lose something precious and feel like orphans. Yes, we still have the wonderful gifts that he shared with us - his amazing music, his creative discoveries, and his achievements. But the charm of his heart, the power of his inspiration, and his presence are now only in our memories. We will no longer be able to experience them in person. The joy that we felt simply because this amazing person was living with us on this earth is now gone. That is why I felt pain when I learned of his passing.
But this pain is healed by joy - by the joy of his return to his True Home - to those grand worlds from which the music he gave us poured forth.
And there remains in our hearts a gratitude for the wonders we have because of him. All creators bestow enduring riches on those who have embraced their work. And David Parsons has bestowed wondrous riches on many.
Now this legacy - the music that opened up endless spiritual realms to our perception - is with us. He brought it to us, and it will live in us.
And it will not be depleted.
Thank you, Messenger of Heavenly Tibet!

Wow.
Actually shocked.
I have listened to his music nearly everyday (14500 days) since I bought his first album.
Only found out this sad news whilst searching to see if he had put out anything new.
