Beloved father and father-in-law of Mark, Julie and Alex, and Amy. Loved grandfather of Narn, Felix, and Torfinn. Loved step-dad of Ben and Gemma, Emma and Thomas, and Josh and Coral. Loved Grandad of Elsie, Otto, and Jake. Thanks to all the staff at Manor Park for all their love and care of Dave. A memorial service to celebrate Dave's life will take place at a later date. Was sad to hear of David's passing, enjoyed some great times over the decades, admired his resilience and wicked sense of humour, his warm hospitalty and joy of living.. i will miss him

Dave, I'm sorry I can't be there in person today. Thank you for the years of sharing your wealth of knowledge and creating hunting-memories with this once greasy 15 year old boy who had nothing to offer, except maybe access to forest enterprise's blocks. The bush is going to feel a lot emptier this year. We'll get you a good stag this roar.

Very sad to hear this. I have fond memories living across the road from Dave as a teenager . Enjoyed all the sports we played- never met anyone as fit as Dave. My thoughts and love to you all.

Goodbye old friend from many years ago. I can still remember cruising around town in your little blue mini when you were going with Jenny and i was going with her sister Evelyn. It seems just like yesterday when I think about it.
