Passed away peacefully at Eldon Lodge Paraparaumu, in her 102nd year. Loved wife of Mervyn (dec 1985). Loved mum, mother-in-law, Nana and great-Nana of Dianne Isaacson, Natalie, Freddie, Hayden, Laura and Henry (London), Lorraine and Ross Twigden, David, Micheala, James and families, Brian and Julie Manton, Acacia, Cam, Cooper and Ava Stephens. In accordance with Eva's wishes a private cremation has taken place. Thank you to Eldon Lodge for their care of Eva over the last 4 years. Messages to Eva's family can be sent to P.O. Box 119, Paraparaumu 5254.

We have wonderful memories of the Manton family holidays. Eva and Merve were great company as was Diane, Lorraine and Brian. When we were first married for a few years we lived reasonably close to them when they had their house in Connaught Tce. Used to see them and Aunty Eva would cook us dinner and Uncle Merve would drop
Us home again to Newtown. They were very kind and giving type of people. Eva was my mum Hilda´s bridesmaid in 1939 and then became my godmother in 1941. All memories with treasure status. Love to her family. Hilda and Alby Frampton
