Heather CHEER Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital with family by her side, on Tuesday 10th March 2026, in her 80th year. Loved and respected wife of Graham for 60 years. Much loved mum and mother-in-law of Steve and Nic, Dean and Jo, Stuart and Marion.
Cherished nana of Marshall and Aimee, Braden, Emma, Jacob, Alex and Ben. Great-nana of Leighton and Chloe. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Dannevirke Cancer Support Group and these may be left at the service. A celebration of Heather's life will be held at 'The Hub', entrance off Allardice Street, Dannevirke, on Wednesday 18th March at 1.00pm, followed by interment at the Norsewood Lawn Cemetery.

Her love and personality throughout her Life was exceptional
We remember the early days when she almost soley cared for all you girls
when Auntie Joy passed .and she continued the care ensuring you all kept together.That in itself is amazing

Dear Graham & family.....we were so very sad and sorry to hear about your loss of Heather. Our hearts go out to you at this sad time. May the love you shared and the many treasured memories bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead.
