Peacefully at home on 28 September 2025. Devoted husband to Ann, much loved father and father-in-law of Marianne and John, Johanna and Grant, Heidi and Ian, and Edwin and Julie. Proud Opa Hermann of Katherine, Sarah and Jono, Joel, Cambell and Roisin, Sophie and Jay, Aimee and Reece, Laura and Rod, Brianna and Josh, and Victoria. Beloved Great-Opa Hermann of Aria, Frankie and Lola, and Theo. Hermann's funeral service will be held at Harbour City Funeral Home, 665 High Street, Lower Hutt, on Thursday 2 October, at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
