Ingrid TYLER Obituary

On 11th June 2025, aged 91. Peacefully at Whitby Care Home. Dearly loved wife of Graham. Cherished mother of Michael, Craig, Lisa, Andrew and mother-in-law of Fiona and Sarah. Adored grandmother of John, Steven, Amiee, Hayley, Nicol, Jack and Summer. Great-grandmother to seven. Special thanks to the staff at Whitby Care Home. Messages to the family may be left in Ingrid's tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz. A service to celebrate the life of Ingrid will be held at the Guardian Funeral Home, 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville, on Wednesday, 18th June 2025, at 11.00am.

So sad to hear of Ingrids passing ,not only a familiy friend but i also worked was a bricklayer for their company,many great memories of the familiy,Fly high old friend ,thoughts with Graham and familiy.

I will remember Ingrid as a wonderful, kind and caring neighbour from days of old in in Oriel Ave. I appreciated Ingrid's advice and support especially when my daughter was born and in those early years. My thoughts are with you Graham and your family.

I have many fond memories of Ingrid working with Cello students at Tawa Music Centre. She was a long serving tutor who extended all students with small groups and a string orchestra. She went above and beyond, offering extra lessons to assist students achieve outstanding exam results. Much love to the family.
