James WINTON Obituary

Suddenly on 20 May 2025 at Eastbourne, aged 71 years. Treasured, loving and loved husband of Kristeen Lockett (Winton). Devoted and loving father of Holly and Harry Winton. Caring former husband and friend of Jeannine Winton. Son of the late James and Rachel Winton. Brother of Virginia Winton. Loved by his cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. A full and generous life, cut tragically short. James will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made online at: www.wfa.org.nz Messages to the Lockett/Winton family may be left in James' tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz or posted c/- PO Box 44-176, Lower Hutt. A service for James will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 665 High Street, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday 28 May at 11.00am, thereafter private cremation.
