MEEHAN, Janet Winsome:
Died peacefully at Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village, Christchurch, on Sunday, October 16, 2016, in her 89th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Victor James; much loved mother and mother-in-law of Tim and Sue (Waimate), Andrew and Pip (Wellington), Becky and John Rodwell (Wanaka), Tory and Hampi Aebli (Christchurch); adored grandmother of Hannah, Samantha, Forbes, Alice, Daniela, James Rodwell, James Meehan, Lukas, Angus, Kate and Jack, and great-grandmother of Charlie Royal.
A keen gardener, excellent cook, and friend to all generations.
Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Janet Meehan, c/- P.O. Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Service for Jan will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch, on Thursday, October 20, at 2.00pm.
