6 April 1930 – 6 September 2025
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of John, who left us peacefully on 6th September 2025, aged 95. Loved companion of the late Jean Munro, and loved brother of Geoffrey (dec). Affectionally known as Poppa John to all his grandchildren. He will be missed and fondly remembered by his family and all who knew him. A private family cremation will be held in accordance with John's wishes, with a service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hato Hone St John.
