SANSON, June Eleanor:
On 24th February 2017 peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital, aged 96. Dearly loved wife of the late Eric. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Mary, Ian and Irene, Ralph, Neil and Marion. Loved grandma and great-grandma of Malcolm and Corrie, Patricia and Greg, Erica and Bruce; Eric and Thelma. Parekotahi, Noema and Airini; Leighton and Reese; Jakobi, Elijah, and Connor; Greatly respected grandma of many Chatham Island families. A private service has been held.

Farewell to a grand lady who never asked for much.
June I clearly remember you and Mary when you used to come to the E-Centre in Masterton. Mary would do her computer work for her teaching job and you and I would spend time on the internet looking for radio programs that you wanted to listen too.
You will be missed.
