Kathleen CRAMPTON Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Monday, 2nd February 2026, aged 98. Cherished wife of the late John (Freddie). Beloved Mum and mother-in-law of Jill and John, Sandra and Doug, Philip and Liz, and Gina. Treasured Nana/Panz of Kristen, Pippi, Sam, Emma and Angus. Adored Super-Nana to Oskar, Lily, Julian, Neve, Billie and Walter.
Forever admired, a lady of dignity and kindness. A constant, in all our lives.
Messages for the family may be sent to WellingtonCityFunerals.co.nz. A service for Kay will be held at St James Anglican Church, Lower Hutt, on Friday, 6th February, at 11.00am. Special thanks to all the staff at Te Omanga Hospice and Shona McFarlane Retirement Village - especially Minu, Nimi, Shepard, Elina, Praisy, Anora and Artika - for their exemplary care of Mum in recent months. In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice (teomanga.org.nz) would be appreciated.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Aunty Kay's 98 years were filled with love for her family and care for others. Her kindness and thoughtfulness touched many lives, and her memory will always be cherished. We were so grateful to have had a wonderful visit with her last year. With love Helen and James x

Sorry to hear of the passing of the lovely Kay, I will forever cherish our time together when I used to cut her hair! We always had such great chats! Rest in peace Kay xx
