Passed peacefully, surrounded with family at Te Omanga Hospice, in the early morning of Saturday 15 November 2025, aged 68. She is survived by her forever loving husband of 48 years Keith. Cherished mum of Dallas & Rhiannon and Candacè & Darren. Doting Nanny of Chelsea, Eva & Lucy. So very sorry to lose such a great friend and former workmate. So many great memories of Leigh´s wonderful baking, swimming in the pool and endless `parties´. Zumba sessions followed by cake! Huge hugs to everyone. Barbara, Amy and Ria.

Hi Keith and Family. Sue Greenham here. Vern and I send you all our sincere sympathy on your very sad loss of Leigh. Vern remembers her as "a real character", and I remember you two at Vern's retirement party, at our former home, in 2017. Our thoughts are with you all. Unfortunately, we cannot attend Leigh's service, as Vern is in the final stages of terminal cancer, himself. Kind regards, with our deep condolences - Vern and Sue Greenham.
