Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, aged 77 years. Dearly loved husband of Anne. Father and father-in-law of Helen and Selwyn and Frances and Chris. Grandfather of Matthew, Jami, Zoe, Jessie and Steven. Brother to Ross. Special thanks to the Assisted Dying Service for their support of Mike and his family.
