Peter COLLIER Obituary

Peacefully at Wellington Hospital on 17th June 2024, after a year long battle with a rare illness surrounded with much love from Heather, Rebecca, Erin and Andy. He will be dearly missed and honoured everyday by his family and many dear friends. In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Society New Zealand or St John New Zealand would be appreciated and can be made at www.cancer.org.nz and www.stjohn.org.nz. A service for Peter will be held in Cornwall Manor, corner of Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt, on Saturday 22nd June 2024, at 2.30pm.

We are so deeply saddened you lost this battle Peter. You fought with such positive energy always with plans for the future. You live on in our memories- your kindness; dry humour; solution seeking for many of us; and that home brew! The ultimate clubby with cars and boats. A tall totara has fallen and will remain in our hearts and memories forever.

You shared great stories of travel and ski adventures; were the ultimate club member with boats and cars; and took such an interest in solving other people's conundrums.
