Peter van WANROOY Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Ranfurly Manor, 28 November 2025, aged 62 years. A very proud and passionate ex jockey until a life changing horse racing accident then moving on to become a radio DJ. Peter had a big heart with a lot of love to give particularly towards his son Jayden, stepchildren Aaron and Haylee, granddaughters Kaia, Nevanah, Skylar and Astaria. Beloved ex-husband of Tania. Loved brother of Diana, Christiena, Ricky, Mariam and Michelle. Friend to many; with special thanks to Simon and Maree. A service for Peter will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton, on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.
