Peter WEAVER Obituary

Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Mary Potter Hospice, on March 15, 2026; aged 86 years. Dearly beloved husband of Margaret; loving father of Suzanne and Simon; father-in-law of Matt; grandfather of Elijah. Special thanks to all the staff at Mary Potter Hospice for their loving care. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the Church of Our Lady of Fatima, corner Main Road and Lyndhurst Road, Tawa on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 11.00am and thereafter private cremation.

I was sad to read of this just now, sincere condolences to you all. Thankyou so much for the friendship to my late parents and we kids for all those years. Peter was a lovely man and I´m sure he will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace xx

Dear Margaret and family,
It was very sad to learn of Peter's passing. Thank you for the wonderful years of friendship you both had with Marion and Peter Scott as neighbours and the comfort and support you gave to Marion for all those years when she remained in Pembroke St and at Redwood Village. Peter always kept smiling through his health issues and he was a good friend to many. With love from David and Michele.
