Petrus Cornelis (Peter):
On 15 December 2020, peacefully at his home in Upper Hutt surrounded by his loved ones, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Jeanette. Loving father and father-in-law of the late Maria and Jeff Price, John and Christina, Trish and Wayne Longstaff, Karen and Jamie Falconer, Tina and David Thierens, Kim and Tony Daly, Collette and Chris Sweeney. Treasured Opa of his 26 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Peter will be fondly remembered by all of those in the Dutch community in the Hutt Valley. Special thanks to all of the staff at Te Omanga Hospice for their loving care shown to Peter and family. In lieu of flowers donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service or posted to PO Box 30-814, Lower Hutt 5040. A celebration of Peter's life will be held in the Heretaunga Christian Centre, 51 Lane Street, Upper Hutt, on Friday, 18 December 2020 at 11.00am, thereafter to the Taita Cemetery.
