Great memories of Ray and my involvement with the Police Council of Sport for many years. He was a passionate dedicated leader of the Council, respected by all during a period when Sport was a major contributor to Police morale and public relations through inter services tournaments and combined services teams. His book on the history of NZ Police Sport was a very lengthy task but resulted in an outstanding record of achievements of Police personnel. Farewell Ray - job well done. Condolences to the family.
