Robert William Foster "Bob" DENBY

Of Napier, formerly of Wellington. On 22 February 2026 at Hawke's Bay Hospital. Aged 102 years. Dearly loved husband of Pauline for 75 years. Loved father of Angela (Angie), Paul (Christchurch), and Melanie (USA). Father-in-law of Helen, and Martin. Loved grandfather of Angela, James, Madeline, and Emily. Great-grandfather of Sam, Harlem, Roman, Bodhi, Elsie, Ezra, Liam, and Ruby. Brother of Gordon (dec), and brother-in-law of Diana (dec). Uncle of Judy, Ian, Jill, Chris, Murray, and Grant. WW2 veteran, 40 years a public servant, and 44 years happily retired. Long-term parishioner of All Saints Taradale, and active community member.
