Robert TURNER Obituary

Died peacefully on Tuesday 25 March 2025. Dearly loved Husband of Judy; Father of Mary Lynn (deceased), Chris, Jervis, and Tim. A memorial service for Bob will be held in the Cobham Chapel, 18 Morris Street, Marton, on Tuesday 1 April 2025 at 2.00pm.

Dear Judy and the entire Turner family,

I was deeply saddened to learn of Bob's passing.

Although it is now 45 years since we met together and commenced an amazing 2 month Rotary journey to the Netherlands under Bobs leadership, it seems like only yesterday. Bob was a fabulous leader and his genuine friendship and support was echoed by you Judy. You shared your home and hospitality generously with us over so many years.

I have so many good memories both from our time in the Netherlands and in NZ. We loved as a GSE team to stay on your great farm, have lots of laughs and smell the rural air and Bob's pride in his farming success.

May you all feel enriched and supported with the love shared with you by myself and doubtlessly so very many others. My deepest sympathy

As we say in Judaism , " I wish you Long life".
