Our Beloved Rex. With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our darling Rex. Beloved partner of Rochelle for 49 years, and loving great-granddad, granddad, and stepdad. Rex was an eccentric soul in the best possible way - full of personality and always ready for a good chat with anyone who crossed his path. A self-appointed food critic with a sharp wit, he was a true character of Petone ("Colonial Curious"), known and loved by many in the community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. In accordance with his wishes, a private cremation has already taken place. Messages of condolence to the family [email protected].
