Shane ROBINS Obituary
On 29 January 2025 passed away at home after an 8-month battle with cancer. Very dearly loved husband of Vicki. Loving father of Liam and Elliott, and daughter-in-law Haidee. Younger brother of Greg Robins and brother-in-law of Jasmin and Charles Cameron. He will be missed by all who knew him for his help, honesty and kindness. He was always happy to help others – the world will be a sadder place without Shane. The funeral service will be held at a small chapel at Karori Cemetery for family and closest friends, followed by private cremation. The family will be holding a Remembrance Celebration of Shane at the family home on Thursday 20th February from 1.00pm onwards for those who knew and cared for Shane and would like to join the family with their own stories to share. Yes Shane will definitely be missed for his love and kindness and strength. I've known him since he was a teenager hanging out with our family and my mate &his love Vicki. Shared many memories one that stands out is swimming and jumping of cliffs into hutt river. So sad to see you leave us. Luv ya
