Stephen Alphonsus:
On March 5, 2017 at home. Aged 41 years. Loving and gentle husband of Angela. Awesome dad of Ciara and Una. Dearly loved son of Martin & Bridie. Beloved brother of Denise, Brenda and Declan. Loved son-in-law of Robyne & Simon Fraser. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

R.I.P. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mary Potter Hospice, PO Box 7662 Wellington 6242 Wellington would be appreciated or may be left at the service. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the church of Our Lady of Fatima, 27 Parata St, Waikanae, on Thursday, March 9, at 11.00am followed by interment at Awa Tapu Cemetery Paraparaumu.

Sincere sympathies Angela to you and to your children and the McAleer family on the passing of Stephen. We enjoyed great times with Stephen in the wonderful Ivyday Grove in Streatham back in the 90's. A proud Norn Ireland man, of great wit and a kind lovely nature. Deeply saddened to hear of his passing. RIP Stephen.

Devastating news to hear of Stevey's passing. So so sad and deepest sympathies to his mum and dad, Angela, his wee girls and all his family. Took the same path from the Brothers and ended up in London around the same time. Stevey wore his Tyrone jersey with immense pride (chest out!) when meeting up to watch the games during the glory years. Good times shared by many. Rest in peace Stevey.
