Of 50 Arahiwi Grove; Tirohanga, Lower Hutt
On 15 November 2025, peacefully at home after a short illness surrounded by her family, aged 95 years. Much loved wife of Ravjibhai Dullabbhai Patel (dec), and dearly loved mother (Ba) of Ashok Patel (dec) and Harshad Patel. Cherished grandmother of Vimal, Jaini, Jiten, Vinay, Maya, Priya and Anish Patel and great grandmother to Caleb and Nemo. Mother-in-law to Hansa and Grandmother-in-law to Lisa, Russell and Katie. Friends and family are welcome to visit to pay their respects at her home in Tirohanga in the evenings after 5.00pm. A service to celebrate Valiben's life will be held in the Wellington Indian Association Hall, 48 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington, on Wednesday 19 November 2025, at 11.00am, with viewing from 10.30am, all welcome. Followed by cremation at Akatarawa Crematorium, friends and family are welcome to attend.
