Wayne GRIFFEN Obituary
9 July 1938 - 4 October 2025
Wayne died peacefully after a brief illness. Much loved husband of the late Marion and father to Peter, John (dec) and Richard. Loved father-in-law to Penny and Jennifer, granddad to Madi, Clara, Sam and Ira. Wayne will be missed by his family and friends, his dear friend Phyllis and fellow residents at Abbeyfield. Special thanks to Alzheimer's Wairarapa and Access Community Health for supporting Wayne over the past couple of years and to the staff at Wellington Hospital for their kindness during his recent illness. A private cremation has taken place and Wayne will be forever in the "hills" he so loved.
