When I think of those in leadership during our girls formative years at Christ Presbyterian Church, Ben Farley comes to mind. His positive influence by words and actions blessed our family in many ways. While his time on earth was short his impact was great. I cannot imagine your loss but know you will be in our thoughts and prayers. With love in Him

Your Ben was one of the most extraordinary young men I have ever had the pleasure to know. His encouragement for others and joy for life and sharing Christ with others daily was a testimony of his desire to see others set free and saved. His smile and sense of humor always blessed me when he would come to worship with us at the Foundry. He openly shared his story with me and we talked about school and his love of his family. Since I'm a school teacher, I appreciated his enthusiasm when he would talk about his high school times. Even though I'm happy that he is now whole and healed, I'm sad for those of us who will miss him until we see him again in Glory. My prayers are for his family to know that they were loved by him and that his parents did a wonderful
job as parents in raising such a precious young man.

Gene, Dot, Tim, Jennifer and Farley Families:

Anna and I send our sincerest sympathy to you upon the passing of your precious Son and Grandson. We know from experience in a small way the hurt you are experiencing and know your hearts have been torn out of you. Perhaps some counsel we received will be helpful to you. (1) Do not doubt God or ask why this has happened but: "God, what do you want me to learn at this time? (2) Recognize that God has entrusted to you a tremendous ministry, that of walking with others through experiences such as this (3) Undergird each other with a special understanding and love. Each of you will need encouragement and love at various times. Be aware of these times and minister to each other (4) Continue your walk with the Lord. He is a friend closer than a brother. (5) Know that Christian brothers and sisters are praying for you and love you. May God give you His strength during these times and may Christian Brothers and Sisters hold up your arms during this time. May God bless you and keep you.

We love you,

Aubrey and Anna House, Sarasota, FL

I have known Ben's father, Tim, since he was about 17 and it has been a joy and privilege for me to keep in touch with him for all these years and know about his family members, especially the children, Ben, Will, and Kate, and I treasure the family Christmas card pictures that I have received each year. I have been a part of Caring Bridge and have known about Ben's struggles with cancer. My thoughts and prayers in this loss of a brilliant young man in a family that cared and loved him all the way Home.
