Suzanne SMITH Obituary

30 January 1946 - 25 October 2025
In Loving Memory
Suzanne Phyllis Smith passed away peacefully, surrounded by love. Her life was a quiet testament to warmth, humour, and enduring strength. Suzanne was the devoted wife of Athol, a loving sister to Roger, David, Judith and the late Michael, a proud and loving mother to Belinda, Marcus, and Jason, and a treasured grandmother to Zachary, Griffin, Breannah, Courtney, Callum, Stephen, Joseph, Declan, Kayden, Caitlyn, Lydia, and Blake. In recent years, Sue and Athol also welcomed great-grandchildren, Arie and Ashley. She will be remembered for her gentle wit, her unwavering kindness, and the way she made every gathering feel like home. Her legacy lives on in the stories we share, the meals we enjoy, and the small acts of care she inspired. The Smith family extends heartfelt thanks to all who have offered support and honoured Suzanne's memory. In lieu of flowers, friends are invited to celebrate her life by sharing a meal, telling a story, or performing a quiet kindness in her name.
Forever loved. Forever remembered.

So very sorry to hear of Sue's passing. She was my closest cousin growing up; always pleasant, always positive. Even though our paths hadn't crossed much in later years it is sad to know she's no longer around.
Our sincere condolences to Athol and family, and to Roger, David, Judy and families.
All our love, Sandra and Pierre.
