Muriel BLACKBURN Obituary
Recently of Granborough, Buckingham, UK, passed away peacefully on 9th January 2024, aged 88 years. Muriel was a much loved wife of her husband Brian, mother of Michael, granny of Ralph and Hector Blackburn and sister of Lynda Doona, and aunty of Peter Doona.
Muriel worked as a child psychiatrist in Hamilton from 1969 to 1975 and always looked back on her time in the Waikato with great fondness. Muriel was instrumental in setting up SPELD NZ , and any donations would be greatly appreciated. Burial takes place at Aylesbury Vale Natural Burial Ground, Bucks, UK on Friday 9th February 2024 at 12 noon.
