Tony was my Physical Education teacher at Wanganui Boys College 52 years ago, known to be a hard taskmaster to most but we had a special arrangement. At that time Tony had a brand new white Ford Falcon with blue interior, the deal was I would clean his car for him and he would let me off a physically demanding session running up and down the field with a medicine ball.
