David MCEWEN Obituary
MCEWEN, David QSM (Dave). Passed away peacefully on Friday 15th September, at home, with his family and loved ones, aged 81 years. Will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Tammy Maria Sesilia; his family Deborah and Alberto, Belinda and Chris, Catherine and Gordon, Adrian and Carlene; his grandchildren Ciara and Bryant, Jackson and Charlotte, Tyrone, and Noah and Eva. Loved Brother of Isabel, Sheena, Ian, Peter, Nancy, Peggy and Catherine. A special rosary vigil will be held on Tuesday 19th September 2023 at 5:30pm in The Holy Family Catholic Church, 22 Tawhero Street, Whanganui. All friends and family are invited to attend. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in The Holy Family Catholic Church, 22 Tawhero Street, Whanganui, on Wednesday 20th September 2023 at 11:00am, to be followed by a private cremation.

I loved the David's persistence in investigating crime. He had a great memory for detail.
I had the good fortune to attend some of the balls he organized. They were always a lot of fun and extremely popular due to Dave's efforts.
