JOSEPH Jack (Shane Matthew Huru-Joseph) Gail and her wider family would like to thank all those who have provided support at home, attended the funeral, sent condolences and flowers. Your presence and kind words have helped us through this difficult time. We would also like to acknowledge with grateful thanks to St John Ambulance, Whanganui and Fire and Emergency NZ for their love and care of our beloved husband and father at his home, to Emergency Department at Whanganui Hospital for their kindness and respect and to Kiri Thompson who helped us navigate the process so gently with special thanks to Craig Cleveland and his staff. Additional thanks to our Kaiwhaiki family who escorted Jack on his final journey and for singing at the graveside and thanks also to Barracks for hosting the family gathering following the service. Due to the large numbers attending, we were sadly unable to greet everyone. We would personally like to thank you for your attendance and support.
