GESTERKAMP, Maria "Mia" Hendrika (Nee La Bree). Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her 7 children at Tainui Village Rest Home on Saturday, 12 July 2025, aged 101. Adored wife of the late Rudy. Precious mother and mother-in-law of Elisabeth and Trevor, Anneke and Barrie, Paula and Jack, Theresa and Phil, Louise and Neil, Marcel and Christine, and Rudy and Caroline. Much loved and admired Grandmother of Leanne and Andrea; Asher and Alex; Kaelee, Sacha Samuel and Isaac; Jamey, Nick, Luke and Jessica; Alisha, Jeremy, Malachi and Jordan; Claire, David and Ben; and Ashley and Georgia. A service to celebrate Mia's life will be celebrated at Our Lady Help Of Christians, 24 Clinton Street, Fitzroy, on Thursday 17 July 2025 at 2pm.
