ROWE, Peter McKelvie. Peacefully and comfortably at Jane Winstone Retirement Home, Whanganui on Wednesday 2nd July 2025. Aged 84 years. Much loved husband of the late Helen Rowe. Loved father and father-in-law of Rebecca and David Warburton, and Thomas and Karla. Cherished Pa to Max, Sam; Harry, and Evelyn. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St Johns Free Ambulance Service. Family and friends are invited to attend a service for Peter at Cobham Chapel, 18 Morris Street, Marton, on Thursday, 10th July 2025 at 2pm.

Our deepest sympathy & condolences on the passing of your Dad. Sadly I had not seen him since your mother died and the news came as a shock. I enjoyed his friendship since school days and especially during the political years. We enjoyed many vigorous debates!

We too enjoyed wonderful happy evenings with Peter at Ross and Breda´s over the years. Always interesting discussions with his great sense of fun and plenty of laughter. We always enjoyed Peters company and it´s been sad to hear of his passing .
