Harry David Luge 69, of San Tan Valley, passed away on December 31, 2012. Harry was born on July 28, 1943 to Lavon Fern and Delvin Thomas Luge in Evansville, Illinois. He graduated from Scottsdale High School as Senior Class President and went on to graduate from ASU. He worked for thirty-six years with Moog Industries as Regional Sales Manager of the Southwest Division. Harry owned several businesses, Rooster's and Club Cabo in Mesa, AZ, Luge and Son's Development that specializes in Fire Stations for Rural Metro Corp. and Southwest Ambulance. Harry also owned and developed Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence, AZ and Shadow Hill Ranch in Twin Lakes, WI. Harry belonged to National Cutting Horse Association, and Desert Boat and Ski Club. Harry was predeceased by his parents, Del and Lavon Luge, and brothers Jack and Ron. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his brother Tom and wife Carol, his sons Harry Jr and wife Tara, son Timothy and son Shane and grandchildren, Baylee, Harlee, Easton and Ariana. Also he is survived by his previous wife Shelly Herring, and his sister-in-law Myrna Luge, as well as many nieces and nephew-Kim Ouelette, Debbie Reyff, LaDonna Dray, Kristine Kramer, Jack Luge Jr and Karen Hensley. Also our family of Alex Abbott, Victor Wernett, Todd Grenart and Jessica Hindemuth. All the special people in Harry's life are too numerous to mention - and you know who you are - he leaves all of you with a smile and a glass of water that is more than half full - so enjoy the memories and drink up. Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, January 7, 2013 followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM held in Central Christian Church located at 965 E. Germann Rd. Gilbert, AZ and a Reception held following the Funeral Service. A Celebration of Life party will be held at 8:00 PM, Friday, January 11, 2013 at Moonshine Willy's, Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence, AZ, In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The University of Texas M.
