I am saddened to hear that my good friend for all these many years, David Cherny, has left us. I am hopeful that he is with God and resting comfortably in heaven.

David is a great man and my good friend. we used to reach out few times each year after I left Modicon, just to chat and reconnect. I always enjoyed our chats and looked forward to his stories. He was proud of his two boys and told me about their progress in life. I am certain he is smiling in heaven I am surely missing him and will continue to miss him.

Rest well my friend you have worked hard in life and earned good many friends, of whom I am one. May your memory be eternal.

Deborah, I worked with Dave at Schneider. When Dave first met you and your relationship was going forward, he always had a smile. Dave was a good person and co-worker, always, willing to listen and offer good business advice. He definitely was "one of the good guys" I will remember him always and honor him through my Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk website for as long as I walk.

David taught me everything I know about purchasing and contract negotiations. He was the best negotiator I ever met! He was a great friend too. He was always ready to lend me an ear, a life story, a perspective I hadn't thought of. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, dear friend.
