We wish to extend our sympathies to Jack's family and friends.

Jack cared about his constituents and his legislative district. He was respected and was an asset to our Commonwealth.

I enjoyed working with Jack in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and as a fellow member of the legislative committee of the Pennsylvania Telephone Association.

Jack is remembered and missed.
