Max Lirtzman, was born on July 20, 1924 and passed away on August, 1, 2014. Veteran of World War 2 and served in the USMC. He graduated from the University of Illinois and a member of Sigma Alpha Mu. Loving husband for 68 years of Judy, nee Horwitz; beloved father of Kenneth (Nancy), Dr. Mitchell (Barbara), and Karen (Darrell) Zimbler; adored grandfather of Michael (Marni), Daniel (Joey), Jackie, Stacey (Kyle) Frederick, Michelle (Scott) Green, and Hallie; special great grandfather of 8; brother of the late Julius and Leonard (Elaine); son of the late Sam and the late Rachel. Service Monday, August 4th, at 2 PM in the chapel of Westlawn Cemetery and Mausoleum, 7801 W, Montrose Avenue, Norridge, where interment will follow.
