Lorraine (Mrs. to me) Wagenbach was greatly admired by my mother, Josephine Waldman. They shared a love of Golden and history. I've recently found three books by Mrs. Wagenbach and would like to return them to the family if there is interest. Respectfully,
George Waldman

Sharing stories
Lorraine, grand-daughter of early Colorado pioneers, delighted in sharing stories of their lives in early Manitou Springs. That important area history of 1879 - 1924 would have been lost without her written words. Her witty stories and insightful analysis about early times honored those who came before us. Lorraine is now part of those legends, leaving us to tell her tale.... and we will.
