I met Dean on the Amazon dicussion forums back in 2007. When I created the religion of "Humoristianity," Dean was one of the first to sign up. His humor, wisdom and insights added so much to my life. Dean's the one who gave me the nickname of "Wingoov Vowel Hoarder" on Facebook - and when you look at his last name, I'm guessing you can see why. I miss him terribly.

Dear Wrzeszczs - please accept my sincerest condolences. I was one of Dean's doctors here in New York City for the last 5 years and I have rarely met anyone as intelligent, loving, and generous as Dean. The world has lost a truly spiritual person and a beautiful soul.

I only met Dean twice in all the years I have known his sister Vicki and family. I am so sorry for your loss I can't imagine the sadness you are all feeling. Keep Dean in your hearts and in your memories this way he will always be alive. To his friends know that Dean lived a good life with so many opportunities to travel, write, and love everywhere and everyone he was blessed to be and meet. May the God of our salvation comfort you all. With love and peace .

Youve been a main character in life from Chelsea to the Castro and points between. So much joy. So. Unspeakably. Sad.
