Betty Partridge, 77, of Greenville, wife of David Partridge passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014.
Born in North Platte, NE, she was a daughter of the late Jess and Maxine Pickens.
She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Bob Jones University, and was a beloved Primary School Teacher.
In addition to her husband of 55 years, she is survived by two daughters, Laura Brenneman (Sam) and their children Eric Brenneman (Melissa), Lindsey Leatherwood (Robert), and Kamaryn Brenneman, and Kathryn Huttar (Lars) and their daughters, Anna, Joanna, Keziah, Elizabeth, and Irene; four great-grandchildren, Coby and Hattie Brenneman, Hugh and Eloise Leatherwood; and a brother, Jack Pickens (Angelyn)
She was preceded in death by her sister, Maurine Lehman.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown, followed by a noon service in the chapel. Burial will follow at Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will be at their respective homes.
