LCpl. Abraham Simpson, age 19, of Chino died o n November 9, 2004 in Fallujah, Iraq. He was born March 16, 1985 in Fullerton, CA. Abraham was a resident of Chino for 15 years. Abraham graduated from Southlands Christian School in Walnut, CA. He was an Infantryman for the United States Marine Corp for 15 months. Abraham was a member of Calvary Chapel in Chino Hills, also an Eagle Scout of Troop 202, Chino. Abraham had many hobbies including; backpacking, church mission trips, scouting and basketball. Abraham Simpson is survived by his parents, Jame s and Maria Simpson of Chino; brothers, David and Paul Simpson; grandparents, Ted Mckown, Adeline and Angel Kilongan, Frank and Nora Simpson; great grandparents, William and Helen Valdez. A public visitation will be held on Friday, November 26, 2004, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.,at Upland Chapel, 525 W. 18th St., Upland, CA. Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 27, 2004 at 10 a.m. at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, 4201 Eucalyptus Ave, Chino, CA. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemeterey following the services. Memorial contributions can be sent to CaliforniaMilitary.org and FreedomAlliance.org.
