I never had the good fortune to meet the man, but I spent 10 of the best weeks of my life with his son, Dan, on the 7th Floor of Madison Dorm at Session 259 of the FBI National Academy. Mr. Neumer you raised a fine son and a wonderful friend. Dan, please know that you and your whole family are in our constant thoughts and loving prayers. We Love You Brother.
