Sharon K. "Sherry" Levi, age 76, of Plano, IL passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Season's Hospice in Naperville, IL. She was born on September 25, 1942 in Saginaw, MI the daughter of Louis and Winifred (Mortimore) Koepplinger.

Sherry was united in marriage on October 21, 1961 to Mr. Alan "Jan" Levi and they spent the next 57 years happily together. Mrs. Levi was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL. She was a Special Education Teacher who taught in several states. Sherry was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Sherry is survived by her husband, Jan Levi of Plano, IL; her daughters, Stacy (Kevin) Klbecka of Yorkville, IL and Rebecca (Michael) Bohmer of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Ashley Kaefer of Madison, WI, Kyle Klbecka and Emme Klbecka both of Yorkville, IL, Daniel, Vivian and Quinn Bohmer all of Cincinnati, OH; her great-granddaughter, Payton Kaefer; her sister, Meri (Richard) Testori of Elmira, MI; her brother-in-law, Ronn (Joanne) Moldenhauer of FL; her sister and brother-in-law, Sally (Joseph) Hale of Lake City, MI; also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, JoAnn McMillen and Betty Moldenhauer; and her brother, Pat Koepplinger.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 North Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL. Interment will be private.

Friends may visit from 4:00 until 7:00 pm on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Nelson Funeral Home, Yorkville, IL.
