Makes me think all my problems looking for an apartment in Long Beach are zero compared to what this woman endured. Really puts my life into perspective. I enjoyed the television episodes where Edith Flagg made a cameo appearance...She was the star of each of those shows! I would've loved to have really known her. Seeing her apartment's curated decor was impressive and extremely enviable. She had an extraordinary sense of style and each time, I looked forward to seeing what she would wear. After the television audience learned of her background, we became apprised of the tenacity this tiny lady possessed, it allowed her to endure, overcome monumental adversities and yet, succeed in life. She wouldn't allow herself to fail...What a person to admire and inspire.

I have watched you, Josh, since your first show. I was always in amazement at your humble attitude and this refined spirit in all that you do. Your precious grandmother, Edith, was such a joy in her wisdom and the special bond that you two share! She is such a blessing to this world. I feel your pain in missing the times shared with her in this physical, but temporary world. I have lost my grandparents over the years and also had this incredible, close relationship with my paternal grandmother, Florence Thelma who would have enjoyed visiting with Edith.
I still watch your old shows and keep up with you and the others on the show. I enjoy real estate and I believe that there should b courses offered at college by just watching your demeanor and class in every situation. You are such a delightful young man to watch and how your grandmother adores you Josh! Your parents and grandmother instilled character and honor in the person you are. I pray that God blesses you in all that you do and in a long & healthy life. Thank you Edith and Josh for teaching all of those who are your tv/media audience and ALL who have or will cross your path!
Sending love and best wishes! You and Edith will be reunited one day ! We love ya Josh!

If we all could keep apiece of EDITH with us we would all be successors. That strength, pride, compassion, dignity and determination she showed the world was just being herself. Her life was a continuous fight for the freedom she and others so truly deserved. Of course, she won her battle..A gentle giant with a powerful SOUL........THANKS FOR BRINGING EDITH into our lives....MUCH MUCH LOVE❤❤

Not many people get to experience such a beautiful thing. I would be so happy to live another 20 years with her. When I move on I hope I do not devastate her world. I want her to be happy and I know that's what your grandma wanted for you too. Remember, you are here to celebrate all that she gave to you. Dear Josh and Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your Grandmother Edith. I enjoyed you sharing your amazing Grandmother with us, she was an extraordinary Loving and Giving human being!!! With all she had been through and the painful losses she endured, she still had a vibrancy and capacity to Love. She had such a bright and beautiful spirit to Live Life with a kind and open heart. I enjoyed her from the moment I saw her love and nurture of you, her beloved Grandson,I too grew to love her as if she were mine too! I have known several survivors of the Holocaust, but she stood out as a leader of hope and kindness, inspite of the Terror she faced. I loved her relationship with you the most, I will always remember the way she respected, adored and most especially the way she loved you Josh !! She would place her hand along side of your face and immediately was able to calm your inner soul!! I will keep close to my heart my own beloved Grandmother, but now I will also keep Edith not only as an amazing example of how to be the best Grandmother ever, but as an amazing human being. Thank you so much for sharing her with all of us, Edith Flagg's Legacy will be extended to have touched and changed so many more lives because you loved her so, and shouted from the rooftops to let us know !!!! My sincere sorrow for her loss and know my prayers are with you now and always. Someday I will have the pleasure of meeting her in Heaven, where I know she has brightened tremendously !!
