WANAQUE — Services were held for Pasquale "Pat" LaNeve, 80, of Totowa, who died on Monday, October 15, 2012. He was the brother of Alfred of this community.
Born in Paterson, Mr. LaNeve lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was a music teacher for the Garfield Board of Education. Also, he played trumpet with the Tony Neglia Band and was a member of Musicians Union Local No. 248. He was a parishioner of Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls, where he served as an usher as well.
Services were Thursday at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, Totowa, followed by Mass at Holy Angels R.C. Church. Entombment was at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum, Totowa.
Mr. LaNeve also is survived by his wife, the former Eleanor Scalzitti; and his nephews and nieces, Robert LaNeve of Ringwood, Glen LaNeve of New York, Candice Earl of Wanaque, Gayle Quigley of Wanaque, and Paul Muro of Maywood.
