William (Bill) Donald Heinbuch

William (Bill) Donald Heinbuch, age 87, formerly of Copley, peacefully went to be with the Lord at his residence the Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky, where he lived for the past year and a half.

Born in Akron to parents, John and Barbara Heinbuch, Bill graduated from South High School in 1950. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after many years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean War. Also a member of the Copley American Legion Post 473. He was a dedicated member and Deacon at Riverside Alliance Church in Akron.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carolyn Heinbuch and six siblings. He is survived by his loving daughter, Heather (Mike) Albright; stepchildren and grandchildren who became part of his family and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Bill was a kind and gentle soul, always with a smile and a warm greeting for you, happy to help anyone he could. His kindness and quiet ways will be missed by all.

Private services will held at a later date.

Uncle Bill is gone. He truly was one of the last righteous men I knew. The world now seems like a different place without him, but I know he now has his heavenly reward. I do believe he was the last of his kind. Uncle Bill, your gracious presence will be missed. With respect and appreciation, Josh
