I did not know Paul personally, only through the history articles he wrote for the Pittsburgh Senior News. I am grateful the newspaper allowed me to reprint his article, on the history of Boggs and Buhl Department Store, on my web site. This article will continue to educate people about an important part of North Side history, on The History of Buhl Planetarium web site at this link:

My deepest condolances.

The moments that we had are lost forever. But those moments we had are still in our hearts. None of us will ever be by them selves, not you, not me, Paul is looking down upon all those he loves...

I held his hand when he died. I loved him and all day long I've thought about how much I loved him. I have to respect that his journey is complete. I am so glad he is in Heaven and he's praying for (us) and keeping us safe.

We All just have to get through the next few days.

A kind and gentle man, devoted husband, good friend and uncle. He helped to shaped me into the man I am today. He will be sorely missed by all those who had the great privilege of loving him.
