I met Janet while working at Minnesota Fabrics. We continued to be good friends after the store closed. Yes, she was a bundle of energy, fun, creativity and inspiration, but most of all I consider myself to have been "gifted" with her friendship. She was such a good listener, emphathetic and kind, even in her last days. It will be a tough road without her, but I am grateful she is now at peace. Janet was contagious, I was truly blessed to know her.

Janet was one of the most talented people I know. She was a good friend, mother, grandmother, tennis player and all-around wonderful, wonderful, person. She will be so missed by so many. Her energy and light will continue to shine through her family and all the many friends she left here. I'm sure Janet is volleying with the angels.

My heart breaks and I am so sad to hear of Janet's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family and friends. Over the years when we worked at Lendable Linens she was like second mother to me and such a close friend. She was always there for me and I will never forget the good times we shared together. I always told her she was so much stronger than she ever knew and such an inspiration to so many for her braveness and spirit to fight. I will miss her terribly. Heaven definitely has another angel. Love you Janet!
