Dear Elaine & family-
I was very honored to have worked with Leo here at Cambrex. I truly enjoyed talking with him. I especially liked it when he would call and we would talk about the boston terriers. He was a super guy and will be greatly missed!

Dear O'Neil family,
It was with great sadness that I learned of Leo's passing. He was a wonderful friend & colleague and his larger than life personality will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Please know that your family and Leo will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Best regards,

Dear Elaine & Family;
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Leo was such a nice guy. He was one of our Favorite Sales Reps. I always enjoyed talking to him when he would call in to request literature. He always had such a positive jolly attitude.
It is always hardest on those who are left behind. You will find that in the comming days, weeks, and months, you will be able to feel his presence in little ways, as he is making his new home above. Even though he is no longer with you, his spirit is living on in heaven, and at times just when you need it, you will know that he is right there with you. He was truly a blessing to anyone who had the honor to know him. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Velinda Elwell

My sincere sympathy is extended to all of Leo's family and friends. He was an institution up at the VFW 9199 and was always there with a helping hand and donations for our Ladies Auxiliary projects which included the picnics we had for the hospitalized veterans at Highland Drive and Southwestern PA VA Centers. The vets always went home with a big smile and "thank you's". I know he is up there looking down on all of us and we can only strive to continue in our good works efforts and remember him fondly.

Dear Elaine, Garrett, Rachel,
I am so sorry for your loss. I will miss Leo greeting me when I visit my parents and his 'educational advice' (smile).
I hope your memories bring you comfort, and your tears turn to smiles as time passes.
Sorry that I couldnt make it to the funeral home, I would've liked to have said goodbye, but I am sick with tonsilitis & the flu.
Take care and if you need anything, never hesitate to call.
Love
Jen

Leo was a best friend for many years and although we didn't stay in contact for the last 10 years or so, the memories of things we did and experiences we had together were never hard to remember. I'm sure that I will always remember them.
I am thankful for the opportunity to continue our friendship over these last months - Leo's strength is an inspiration to me and many others.
Leo, thank you for everything.

Dear Elaine, Garret and Rachel,
I worked with Leo at Fisher Scientific. He was always very knowledgeable and professional, but still always full of life and fun.
Remember the good times...it will help you to get through the bad ones. With my sincere sympathy,

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
