I had the pleasure to meet and get to know him without working in the golf business at first. He always took the time to say HI, and the time to listen to what was on your mind. Years later, I learned his God given name E stood for , and he asked me to keep it ourselves. I did!

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Pete for over 15 years working at Hackers Helper and Golf Headquarters. He was a great salesperson and guy. We all loved to needle him. He was one of the best.

My utmost condolences to the Knezevich family. I've known Pete since 1965, the start of both our golf careers, beginning with the Ben Hogan Company. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Now that Pete is in heaven, folks up there will be entertained more than they've ever been. He was a blessing to know.

Pete was a class above the rest. I enjoyed the years of friendship and working with him over the years. I often saw him walking Monroeville Mall after his retirement in the winter. We talked about the old days and more often about cards. His family and he will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

For 30 years Pete Knezevich represented the Acushnet Company and the Titleist brand with exemplary professionalism and contagious enthusiasm. Pete is a deserved company Hall of Fame member and his passion will forever be part of the company history. For me personally, Pete was a life touchstone. We all loved Pete...to know him and to work with him represented the precious present.
